Answer:
You can register on the website of your provider. When registering, you need to provide a few personal details and state your areas of interest. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail and will then be able to receive VoiceAds within 24 hours. Your provider will take care of the reduction on your bill, or provide you with additional call minutes.

Answer:
When registering, you can state where your interests lie and you will then only hear adverts that apply to you. You can also state from which providers you don't wish to hear adverts.
